Health and fitness have always been important components of my life. From training in martial arts for over 10 years to being a NCAA collegiate athlete, I've always strived to be the best version of myself.
Through falling in love with weight training during my college years, I have greatly enhanced my performance and continue to improve my fitness levels every day. By sharing my knowledge and experience with functional training, strength training, and weight loss, I hope to inspire and motivate others on their own fitness journeys.
