Cancellation policy

Members must fill out the cancellation form on the website to request a membership cancellation.

 

All memberships must be cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the next billing date.
Any forms or requests made less than 2 weeks prior to the next billing date will be processed the following month.  If you have questions about your billing date please contact us at TheHybridGym@gmail.com.
